Good story. I enjoyed reading it. As I was reading it, I sensed the same feelings about employers who take unfair advantage of workers. I felt the same type of anger about the “closed” network of bosses who try to close promotions etc. based on my age of 57. I detest discrimination of any kind. Your story is inspiring for me. Thanks

That’s a great read. It raises some points which should be obvious but somehow aren’t (example: almost every pro team still overspends on cancerous misanthropes).

I think your college sports writing would fit in well at the College Fanz Sports Network, located at http://www.collegefanz.com. The blogs are free, simple and searchable. We’ve got a big audience there, and I’m sure most of them wouldn’t mind reading entries like this. I know I enjoyed it.

Great read Jerome, spot on. Division II and III athletes quickly learn that the odds of playing sports professionally is a stretch and that their statistics in the classroom and completing summer internships will carry a lot of weight at graduation.
